A suite of APIs deliver various weather trends. Here is a sample of what they offer.
These APIs will return locations or regions observing specified trending weather patterns
Time periods can be specified in the past and future. The actual availability depends on time granularity.
For example, daily trends will be available from Aug 01 2022 to 7 days in the future.
Monthly trends will be available from Aug 2021 to most recent month.
- Streaks Filter by region, location, time, intensity, spell-type, duration Current trends Next week

- Anomalies Similar to summary but works at a location level. Filter by location, time, intensity, weather parameter Severe temperature anomalies in Sep 2022
Outliers
These API will return detected anomolaous weather patterns of specified location and time period computed on a pre-specified baseline
Compare
This API will statistically compare weather patterns of specified location and time period against a specified historical baseline
Timeseries
This API will return a time series of specified weather parameters of the specified location, grouped by the time granularity.
Time granularities available are year, month, week, hour
Typical Weather
This API will return typical weather parameters over specified location and time period based on specified historical baseline
